prep<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>patience to track macros<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>discipline that never dips<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>That\u2019s not real life. Not my life anyway &#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For me life is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>getting home late<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>being tired<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>opening the fridge and hoping something just\u2026 works<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The only thing that ever worked at lowering my weight was Keto, and Oh, how Atkins was derided and ridiculed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now government institutions publish books on it, GP&#8217;s no longer raise their eyebrows, and many nutritioists focus on it for type II diabetes suffers &#8230; so  I decided to try keto again &#8230; BUT &#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I realised, cooking takes time, it takes energy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lazy keto isn\u2019t about cheating. In-fact it&#8217;s about realising, I&#8217;ve tried this&#8230; tried that&#8230; and nothing seems to stick. That is a story I hear again and again when I listen to or read other&#8217;s stories. So, if I&#8217;m going to give Keto a go again then I need to make it stick.
